Unable to get IP from dhcp server from windows 7 through LAN

Hi,

My laptop is SAMSUNG RC510 model. It has Windows 7 64 bit. To connect to internet i have to plugin the LAN Cable to my system and it has to automatically get one IP from DHCP server. Then i have to open a website and login to connect to internet.

But when i plug in the cable, it does a try to connect to the DHCP server to get one IP. But does a timeout and set one default IP with 169.x.x.x.

Same when i inserted to a different laptop it had no issues.

Things i have tried are:
* Doing a release and trying to renew the IP from command prompt
* Disabling kaspersky Antivirus.
* Uninstalling the antivirus.
* Disabling all rules from Windows Firewall
* Uninstalled Virtual Box software to make sure other network stuff not creating problem
* Uninstalled and installed the driver several times
* Disabled and enabled the connecting several times
* Plugged out and in the cable several times
* DHCP and DNS client are running and set to automatic

But still it cannot make my laptop's LAN to get one IP from the DHCP server of the connection.

I cannot set a static IP as it has to work in DHCP.

Please help me out.:(
