Internet not working properly

Hi,

I am having internet issue for the last 3-4 months. Webpages do not open properly, i get the message 'webpage not available'. And after several refreshes it will open.

Thinking if it might be OS issue, i have formatted my C drive and installed fresh OS. Formatted two other data drives. But nothing is improved.

Could somebody please help me fix this issue.
