ZTE ZXV10 W300 won't reset to default settings

Hi, I recently got the ZTE ZXV10 W300 router and I had to reset it for some reason, anyway ever since I reset it, it won't let me log in to the 192.168.1.1 page.

I tried "hard resetting" it, searched for the default passwords for days and it still won't work...

Please help asap
