Hi,
Today my internet shut down. Then after 40 min it went up again for another 30 min before it stopped working again. I tried all the quick fix solutions like reset the router and turn it off and on. My computer can connect to the wireless but there is no internet access.
On the router the Internet light is red. Wireless is green and so is broadband.
When I trouble shoot its says the problem is connectivity and that it can't connect to the DNS server.
I am personally not very good with computers and all previous Googleed solutions seems to not work.
If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. Customer service is not available for another 1.5 days.
Please help, and speak if you can as if you were speaking to a beginner.
