I'm about at my wits end with my Internet connection dropping, and I would really appreciate some help. There is an absolutely crushing feeling when BlackBoard drops the essay that you weren't allowed to copy and paste because the router is down again.
Technology in the loop:
Actiontec C1000 on Centurylink DSL 12 down/5 up
Macbook over Wifi running 10.9.5
Windows 7 Desktop over Wifi
iPad on iOS 8.1
Both computers connections drop intermittently but not completely in time with each other (i.e. one will lose connection shortly before the other). Sometimes turning wifi on and off with the device helps temporarily and sometimes a router restart is required.
I have a bunch of other tech issues, but this one seems pretty isolated. I'm not sure what other information you guys might need to help me diagnose and fix this, but I'm more than happy to provide more info. Thanks!
