Deleted information

In my internet options of my new desktop, all information for internet connections has been deleted. It was working when I had DSL through ATT. I am about to get DSL again for my business. When I get DSL again, I need to know how I am going to use my desktop with this information missing. I Know, I am completely computer illiterate.
Please help me!!!!!!
