I've started having this problem lately with my internet where I cannot download anything off of a browser. I have no problem downloading through other things, I just pre-loaded the new borderlands game through steam at the full speed I normally get. But when I came around to try to reinstall Malwarebytes, League of Legends, and even watching Youtube videos I started having problems.
When I try to download anything like an installer or something the download will start at around 25kbps and slowly start going down in speed over the next 30 seconds until eventually the speed dissapears and it stays at 0bps until the download eventually fails.
First off, my internet isn't very good in the first place, but it's not so bad to the point that I download at 3.5 kb/s and eventually 0 b/s.

But I normally download (this is what steam has told me for the past 5 years) at around 150kbps.
I've been told to download Malwarebytes to try to solve the problem, but I can't really do that until Monday night because I'll have to take my laptop to school with me and use the campus wifi and put the installer on a thumb drive. :o
so please, any help would be appreciated.
