Port-Forwarding Problem

I have a SMC8014WG Router. I port-forwarded port 7171 as seen in the link below:

However, when i use the 'PFportchecker' tool it says ports 7171 are not reachable.

Does anyone know what the problem may be? I've tried to fix this on and off again for years.
