Random Internet Crashes

Problem #1: My internet will randomly disconnect for 30 seconds to 2 Minutes throughout the day depending on how many people are on at the same time.

Problem #2: Sometimes, my web pages wont load properly, if at all, the first time. takes 2 tries to get pages to fully load.

Any ideas? This is my 2nd custom build and have never had this issue before.

I'm using a belkin N600 wireless dual band adapter.
