One Computer Hiccups the Router

We are a family of six gamers. We have lots of devices and there are up to six online at any given time. Most of the time, it's not a problem, but when one computer is using online resources, we experience internet hiccups. We thought it was the internet initially, and then the router, so I kept unplugging and restarting the router and restarting all devices, but we have now pinpointed that the problems are only occurring when this one computer is on and connected. It is most notable when we have three computers trying to play an online MMOG. When all three computers are playing the game, we all drop out constantly, but when that one computer isn't on the game, the other two of us can play just fine.

The computer in question is running Windows 7. It connects to the internet via Netgear N150 wireless USB adapter and our router is a Netgear N600 dual band wireless router. Some people have mentioned that the issue could be video card related. The computers that work fine are sporting NVidia Geforce GTX 660 Ti while the one that hiccups the system is sporting NVidea Geforce GTX 560.

Possibly related: I also couldn't get that computer to recognize signal from a MIDI keyboard. The device was listed and installed with latest drivers and the software recognized the keyboard, but nothing happened when I sent signal to the computer from the keyboard. I installed it the same way on another computer running the same OS and the same software and it worked fine on that other computer. Also, we have had trouble with USB headphones not working on that computer. I have no idea if any of that is related to this computer making our internet drop out.

Any advice on what I can try to fix this? I'd like to get that computer playing nicely with the network.

ETA: That computer was once connected via wire to the internet and then was moved to another part of the house where we don't have line. That's why it is now connected via the USB device.
