Belkin n150 Dead?

I have a Belkin N150
That i was using at my previous residence just fine.
Today upon trying to set it up at a new home, I was having no luck and went into settings and reset to factory defaults.
Following that. I restarted then lost it.
I haven't been able to get it to do anything.
When i plug it in the lights blink then go off.
If i plug it into the modem the little blue light flashes but nothing on the larger light.
I can't get it to even connect to the computer to access settings again.
I have tried multiple resets of various kinds that i have seen online.

Any ideas?
