Last night we had a severe thunderstorm & I am unsure whether or not my family had the home computer on during that time. Now the internet connection has been lost. it is not our xfinity router because I already reset that & the connection seems to be working fine on other devices. I tried the basic troubleshooting, rebooting, & even resetting the computer. It still says that their is a driver issue with the network adapter. I looked in the device manager however & the driver keeps saying that it is enabled & working normally. any helpful advice? Also, do I need to show the MGA diagnostic report?
