I bought an xbox one a while ago and connected it to my Netgear WNR2000v2 via ethernet cable. I have been having NAT trouble since I connected the xbox one. My console was saying that my NAT was Strict and the game I was playing (Call of Duty Ghosts) said that my NAT was moderate. My ISP is comcast and they provided me with an ARRIS TM722G/CT for my internet. My internet setup is this (since im not tech savvy :P)
Phone jack -> Netgear WNR2000v2 -> Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360 via ethernet cable
Phone jack -> Netgear WNR2000v2 -> ARRIS TM722G/CT -> Comcast's TV remote receiver thing (can't think of what it's called) -> TV
Also, whenever I try to "Test network connection", it says im all good and when i try to "Test multiplayer connection" i get "Can't get a Teredo IP address". I'd like to have my NAT be open, if possible. I have contacted Microsoft and they just basically tell me that they can't do anything.
Swift replies and solutions are greatly appreciated.
Warm regards.
