This is a new router/modem that replaced an older cable modem that connected fine. The wireless works great but the ethernet connections do not connect to my PC running Vista nor to my Cannon network printer. The ethernet connections will connect to my laptop running Windows7. I am using the same cables I used with the old modem and was told by tech support to get new ones. I don't think that is the answer, as I did manage to plug in temporarily with the provided cable that came with Netgear modem (it's too short for my office configuration) to my PC, and it still did not connect. Thanks for your help.
