I have an acer aspire 5517 running on windows 8. I have internet explore and Firefox for browsers and I couldn't open both. When I open the Firefox it does not load but saying google.com is not responding and to check my modem or internet connection. The modem is working fine because all other phones and computers at home are connected to it and none is having this issue. When I click on internet explore it's the same thing I cannot connect. It's saying that windows is unable to connect to the internet. Now I have it plug in directly to the modem and it shows that is connecting but when I open the two browsers that I'm using it still doesn't load. Can anyone help me?
