IP address to watch UKTV

Any ideas amy IP.....i wanna watch UKTV and would like to look at changing my IP address..
is this the correct way to do it?
does anyone have a proven method for doing this alternatively?
can anyone help?

I am a UK citizen...just lived abroad for a while and miss a bit of UK TV..
