Keep losing internet connection, wifi and ethernet

Ok about two weeks ago my laptop when connected w wifi constantly would lose connection.
I tried using an ethernet cable directly into the modem, no luck
I called my isp and they came out and gave me a new modem.
No luck
I updated the driver, no luck
I went back to a restore point, no luck
I restored to factory, no luck
Unplugged the modem/reset the modem, no luck

I don't know what else to do. I have college classes starting next week and have to have a reliable connection.

Someone please help me
