Solved: aquiring network address

Hi I have wireless broadband in my house and can recieve it on my 2 laptops but not on my pc.I contacted my provider and the said typically the problem is at my end.I uninstalled the usb device on my pc and installed a new one and still no internet.It says i have a connection but wont aquire the network address.By the way this pc was connected to the internet before
