Hello to everyone, I'm getting quite desperate here.
I just bought a new laptop, OS Windows 8. The problem with it is that I can't normally browse since basically all the time all the pages fail to load on the first attempt (while after I refresh most of the times they load normally, except few times where they fail to properly load completely). Torrenting, on the other hand, works perfectly.
I have other devices connected (not constantly) to the same network (a desktop, a laptop, mobiles etc.) and all work properly, so I guess the problem is not provider-related.
I also connected the new laptop to another network (the only one currently available was my smartphone routering its 3g connection) and it worked properly, so doesn't seem to be an hardware problem.
I have tried to run the laptop into safe mode with networking, and the problems were still there.
Obviously tried both WiFi and LAN (actually tried with 3 different LAN cables), same results.
Tried couple of solutions I found online and nothing worked, and basically that's it for the very limited tech knowledge I have...
So any help would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance.
