I need help to access my router remotely

I will be away from home for couple of weeks and during that time i want to be able to access the router in my home, but i have problem to make this work. My router is Sweex LW310V2: http://www.sweex.com/en/assortiment/...uters/LW310V2/

There is one option in the router settings for Remote WEB Management which i enabled but i am not sure how to connect. I am trying to connect to the router from my VPS but if i type this IP address 192.168.31.150 it doesn't connect.



I will appreciate if someone can help to setup this remote access.
