Lately my modems has gone mental and they restart randomly. Firstly it was the old one i used to have and it restarted very often (so bad it restarted every 5 minutes), and because it was a tad bit old the guys at the repair center of my own ISP gave me this new one. Thing is even this one does it (thank god its only every 30-40 minutes). My thoughts are at:

Thing is even this one does it (thank god its only every 30-40 minutes). My thoughts are at:
- The internet Cable as it was one month ago accidentally cut and we had to stick those parts together, but it worked perfectly with no limitations. Maybe lately the sticking must've been bad and it disconnects temporarily enough to make the modem restart
- Power going at the Power adapter might stop flowing for a millisecond enough to make it restart, but i highly doubt this because i use a power strip and the PC and Monitor are connected to it, and if the flow would stop these gadgets would be ruined.
