I have a Dell Inspiron 17 3721 running windows 8 and I have had trouble staying connected to the internet since day 1. Dell put in a new network card 2 months after I got it and that didnt fix my problem. They had me change settings every time I called and it helped for a week or so. Well now my computer is 1 month out of warranty and they wont help me so I have to come to the REAL experts... you guys here :)
It is not my router.. i have even moved across the country and gotten new internet service and been to friends house and its the same thing..cant stay connected. Ive even had my internet company out 3 times here and they have said it is not them (which I believe since it is happening everywhere I go with my computer) I have ran everything I know to do, have researched the internet with no help... PLEASE help me.. Im about ready to throw this computer out the window and believe me...wont ever buy a dell again.
