Networking issue with my Toshiba Satellite U405-S2918:
Whenever I connect it to my home network (wirelessly or physically connected), it somehow creates connectivity and performance issues for all other devices on the network to the point the other devices become unusable. I have tried disabling unused network adaptors, rebooting the router and every computer affected. I am using Windows 7, I have run Norton 360 and Windows updates to no avail. I have also disabled Bluetooth in device manager. Any ideas?
