Can't even enter in Network Security Key

There are 2 computers and 4 wireless devices connected successfully to our network. Now we are trying to add a Dell Windows 7 computer. This computer sees the network name and when we click on its name it says it trying to connect for a couple seconds but then it says "Windows was unable to connect to network". We can't even get to the screen to enter the Network Security Key. The Dell Windows 7 computer is able to connect to other networks, just not this one. The router is a D-Link DIR-605L. The computer is able to connect to the router using a cable. I have tried hard reboots of the router/modems and even resetting the network name and network security key. Any help would be appreciated.
