internet access problems

I recently reformatted and old computer I hadn't used in a while.

After installing windows, the wireless adaptor wouldn't work. I resetted my router so i doubt that is the issue.

When do "ipconfig/all" in cmd I find that my physical (ip) adress is 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 E0

Ip routing and wins proxy is also disabled

I am connected to my network but there is no internet access.
