First off hi TechGuy members!
I have a 4 MB connection and my ping in certain games is around 95-105 ping
Now, other people in my same country that play on the same server have a 2 MB connection yet they have around 80 ping
There was also this guy I met today which said he has 4 MB and he had 60 ping.
I use a D-Link router
Can someone please tell me if there is any settings I have wrong?

The download speed is 400 kb which is what it should be, so please tell me what to do and thanks!
