Hello, I'm hoping someone will be able to assist me.
I've been having really bad internet problems on just one desktop (mine) while every other device/laptop in my house works fine.
My connection likes to drop a lot for no reason. I've already determined it's not my internet/router/modem as every other device works fine.
I use a usb wifi adapter to receive wireless signals to my desktop. I called a technician from my ISP and they said it was old and not able to receive the signals well. And he gave me some ethernet wall plugs and just left, he told me they were just plug and go. So I plugged one to my router's ethernet port and to the wall plug, and another to my desktops ethernet port and wall plug. Still no stable connection. I see the ethernet slot in my desktop blinking, but i can't seem to connect at all to a stableconnection.
I'm on my desktop atm and the wifi is okay but going out every few minutes. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
