First off I have no tech knowledge and am computer illiterate. I don't think that I even know how to ask the right questions in the right way to find the solution. I had Verizon fios a couple years ago. Switched to Comcast for a while but now back to fios. Since switching back to fios I've lost the ability to get my Dell Inspiron B130 laptop connected to the home network. When the fios guy was here to install the router he even tried a wired connection with the laptop, but no dice. My PC connects. My tablet connects. My cell phone connects. But my laptop only finds the network. It doesn't even give an error message, it just acts like it's going to connect but never does. I can get online via an unsecured network, but not fios home network. Laptop runs Windows XP. HELP?
