Hi all,
I'd call myself a decently tech-savvy person, but this one has me stumped. Any help would be appreciated!
Laptop: Dell Latitude D630 running Windows 7 Professional, SP1.
Problem: Despite the presence of available WiFi connections, the system states "There are no connections available." WiFi works when booting in Safe Mode with Networking. The laptop also connects fine when hard-wired.
Troubleshooting so far:
Thank you in advance,
Joe

Problem: Despite the presence of available WiFi connections, the system states "There are no connections available." WiFi works when booting in Safe Mode with Networking. The laptop also connects fine when hard-wired.
Troubleshooting so far:
- Verified Wi-Fi was turned on via switch on the side of the laptop.
- Verified connection was enabled.
- Updated drivers via Dell's website.
- Ran Malware Bytes and cleaned off any malware.
- Disabled all firewalls (only one - Windows Firewall).
- Could not identify any concerns in services.msc or msconfig
- What would be the next thing to check?
Thank you in advance,
Joe
