When in the UK it is possible to watch live British TV on a computer via the internet using, for example BBC Iplayer. Outside the country the service is blocked by the ISP. It is possible to get around this by using a Virtual Proxy Network. Can anyone tell me how to find a free (nonpaying) one for either a Windows 8 or Linux Ubuntu operating system?
