I have just upgraded my Windows 8.1 system to a compatible asus motherboard. Before I
did that, the DG834n used to lose connectivity every now and again (weekly). (It is not my ISP). Now I have got the new gear, it happened yesterday morning, this morning, and now! I have got my main machine plugged into it via Ethernet.
My new motherboard is an ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3. I did think about a router compatibility issue with the new motherboard and Windows 8.1, but why would the connection drop out every so often (twice today)?
Firmware is the latest (v1.02.15).
Any ideas or suggestions?
