Connectiong wired and wirelessly

I have just put a new Virgin home hub in and have connectred it as I had my setup before to my own router which is connected to two computers.

I want to keep the wired connection for talking between the two computers but would like to connect just my computer to the wi-fi.

Looking through the net it does appear that this is not possible - but does anyone on here know differently?
