Bridging a dual wireless connection

Hi there

I am sure this is easy i just can't get it right

I am connect to a wireless network on my laptop, i have no access to an Ethernet connection, I want to take that internet connection and turn my laptop into a wireless hotspot using the internet connection so that my phone can also connect to the internet.

Basically laptop connects to wireless connection and phone connects to laptop which bridges the wireless internet connection.

Connection the the internet with cellphone directly does not work have already tried this.

I am currently running windows 7 64bit on an acer Aspire E1-470G

any ideas?
