Cascade two routers on same network, separate DNS for for content filtering possible?

I'd like to configure two routers, one bridged or cascaded from the first, supporting the same internal networks , home and guest. However, I'd also like to have them use separate DNS services - one, my default ISP service, and the other OpenDNS.


Reason being is I'd like to content filter my children's devices at the DNS level, as Apple's site level filtering is... well, nonexistent. But, I want to be able to access the web unfiltered from my own and my wife's computers. I'm not filtering for porn or games, but rather for Youtube and NicoNicoDouga (Japan). My kids have been overusing the video sites. After trying voluntary compliance in many forms, I've decided I just have to limit usage of the sites to when they are on parental computers, as we are generally around at those times.

I know I can take Safari off the ipods and ipads - I've done that with YouTube's app, but I want to allow them to use the net - just not stream anime anytime they want.

So, is this doable? Is there a better method that I haven't heard of? Any other way to do this, and still maintain my children's access to the network at home, while blocking Youtube?

All devices un-jailbroken, btw.
