I have never asked help on a forum,but here goes

Hey,i have started having problems with my internet(WiFi) and they are annoying me to the point i want to murrder my whole family if i lose another connection.The provider is a @#$%@## and wont help.And if you can heres how it goes.When ever i download something or play a video game, my internet grinds to a halt and then goes away from every device for about a minute.Now here is the thing that bugs me,i know why.I have checked my router and found that a Flood attack is going on every time the connection is lost....and i have no idea how to stop it.So if you can please tell me what to do cause im all out of options.I have attached(or at least i think i did)the log where i found this out.So am thats it
please respond quick cause im losing my mind over this
