So I was living in a country, my laptop could perfectly connect to the internet, I traveled to my home country, when I tried to connect to the internet by WIFI it states that it's connect and only opens skype and on my mobile phones it only opens skype and viper and bbm and whatsapp, they don't open any internet browsers, I have two PCs already connected to the internet perfectly, one is a PC connected through the router perfectly and one laptop is connected through WIFI correctly but my third PC and mobile doesn't connect correctly, only skype and on mobile only whatsapp and BBM, contacted my internet giver company to consult them about the issue happening to me, they kept asking me to get the command and write down some stuff like ping and an IP address, in the end they told me that they can't do much about it as there are two PCs are already connected correctly and that it's not a router issue, they asked me to contact a computer engineer but I am broke and I can't get to one as I am broke, so can you please help me? I am suffering so bad, I can't enjoy my vacation in my country as my brothers are bitching to me to let me use their PCs so can you please help me?
