We have an ethernet connection and i can't print documents on our printer. I turned the printer off then on again but that didn't help. It worked fine yesterday but now no documents print. No one has touched the printer since yesterday. The printer is hosted on a dedicated computer on the network. The power is on, the cables are securely connected, there is paper and ink, printer is installed as a network printer on all client computers. Other users are able to print to the printer. What can I do??
