Hi guys, i would love some help with this problem. basically I just got time warner for my office and my internet has been dropping randomly for 10-15 seconds at least 4-5 times a day. Time warner seems to think that there is a problem with my router which happens to be one of those new ASUS dual band routers(damn expensive). The networking seems to be fine but when its working as the printers work, file sharing works and the internet too except for those 10-15 seconds. I am going to reset my router and see what happens but please if there's anything that i am missing please let me know. Oh and I also have a static ip address if that means anything.
