My friends new computer is really slow when it comes to internet activities and has blue screened twice.
Even though he has 46mbps download and 8mbps upload on speedtest.net.
Sometimes the lights on his router all manically flash at the same time, and everything slows down to a snail pace. His PC can only stream 1 video at a time, and even then the video will jam or not load.
He asked me to help as he has a form of autism. When I unplugged his router and cleaned his PC with ccleaner, it can stream 10 1080p videos and live stream TV and generally can push his PC as far as it can uninhabited. Sadly only for it to eventually revert back to its slowness and "shittery".

This could be a problem rooted in the initial configuration as his PC blue screening twice is pretty scary.
