I have a Linksys WRT54G2 router that is at least 6-7 years old and is now just flashing all its display lights. I think the flashing power light indicates a firmware issue. I've had to reset this thing repeatedly, and more and more frequently as of late, so I don't know if I want to bother to try to fix the firmware or just dump it for a new router.
What would be a good router that won't break the bank? I have an 850 square foot apartment (in a building with 23 other units in a complex with about 240, so there are tons of other wifi networks in the immediate vicinity) and multiple devices - 3 computers, an iPad, and a Roku. I have Comcast as my ISP, and get between 25-30 Mbps down and 5-6 up. I'm not a gamer, so it's mostly just work, music, and movies for me.
