Hi. I am sharing a wireless internet connection with a friend, she lives in the front house and I and my boyfriend in the back. We get pretty fair reception from her router, except sometimes....and we have been getting an error message saying essentially ..."another computer on this network has the same ip" address"...."more information in the windows error log" (which I can't find). I don't know if that is the reason that our computer is having trouble connecting to the net, but since i keep getting the message i assume it shouldn't hurt to check it out?
