We work in access control and we need to be able to remote into our customers computers (windows based) when problems arise or to perform off-site maintenance. We want to avoid paying for a service like LogMeIn or TeamViewer. Is there any program out there where we can have a DNS setup in our office, and a program to install on the customers computers to point remote desktop to our server so that we can connect to their computers over the Internet?
