Westell 327W problem

I purchased a Westell 327W wireless modem/router because Centurylink had it listed as a supported product. My problem though, is when I turn it on it asks me for a Bell South user name and password, which I do not have. I've tried resetting, using different passwords and user names, such as admin, password, etc. but can't get past the Bell South log in screen.

What can I do? Thanks for your help.
