I'm not sure what is going on, and I am no expert I'm afraid :confused: but this is what I do know:
-11G Router connected to a Netgear Fast Ethernet Switch with ADSL cables connected to 5 computers.
-We have a dynamic IP address.
-Each time the IP address changes, the LAN connection for each computer drops and we have to repair/troubleshoot to fix the problem.
However, this morning the error came up that the DNS server was incorrect or inaccessible and I had to unplug the router/switch to reboot it and then it all worked again, but since then it has flickered on and off a couple of times, but that might be because I was messing with the router settings, I have now returned the router settings to what they were and it is staying on, but it will go off when the IP address changes again no doubt.
Do you know what I have done wrong here or what I can do to stop this happening? :(
