Comcast blocking internet

Hello,

I currently have internet with Comcast in Colorado. And I'm having issues with my Internet. For some reasons websites are loading very very very slow. youtube.com will not load, google.com will not load, and others. but when I connect with Private Internet Access's VPN everything load very very fast!!! What is going on and how do I fix this?
