open proxy?

I have had an account put on hold because they say that I have an "open proxy".I have no idea how I got it but I need to close it? I am using WINDOWS 8.My McAfee and firewall are up and running.I have turned my firewall in my SGB6580 Motorola firewall up to HIGH and still have open proxy.Can anyone help me? Thanx
