extending wireless network

Good morning,
I have been searching the “how to” blogs for a couple of weeks now and am only getting more confused than ever. Please let me back up, my primary task is to extend my home network to reach out on my deck, garage and front porch areas. I have a satellite provider (Wildblue) because I live out in the country, so network security is not a paramount concern. I run the output of the modem into a Netgear N150 wireless router for wireless access throughout the house. I also have two Westell model A90-750015-07 rev W wireless routers. How and what is the best/easiest way to use the existing equipment I have, to wirelessly extend my network? Is there a way to configure one of the Westell boxes and place it at the outer limits of the existing network to act as a repeater or signal booster (not sure of the terminology). This is where I am getting confused, I want the link from the Netgear to the Westell to be wireless because I only have the one access point to the internet (Wildblue modem). I am not sure of the differences between repeaters, bridges, extenders etc. If you could help me and direct me I sure would appreciate it.
