I have a Toshiba satellite L305 with an Atheros AR5007EG it was connecting to the wish up until yesterday. I had taken my laptop to town with fee and then when I came home it wouldn't connect anymore. This is not the first time it has done it. It sees my network and will ask for password but then won't connect. It does not matter what other network I connected it to while away from home. I've tried the reset I've reinstalled the driver. Deleted all saved networks. Put it in manually. The Wi-Fi button is on. Last time I left it off for several days and took it apart to change the CD drive and when I put it together that fixed it. I don't understand it makes no sense. What am I missing. Also it doesn't help that the person who owned it before me installed a different version of vista so now if is asking to download a genuine copy. I'm trying to find a disk to do so.
