Hi,
I have been having loads of issues with my home broadband. I am using wireless to connect up other PC's in the house etc.
The connection on the main PC and my brothers seems to be completely fine, unless someone sends an email which will basically crash the internet.
However my connection is a complete joke. I think I know why. Every now and then it says IP Address conflict, but I have checked on the ipconfig /all and theya re both different IP addresses. Thats probably not what I should be looking for and should go back to game design.
My connection disconnects every 15 seconds or so and I can even be sitting waiting for google for up to 5 minutes. When i reach google I can even search.
Its not an ISP issue as I have messaged them and they have checked my line and 0 faults. I should be on 6-8Mbps.
here are some details that I think you should know;
Router: Netgear DGND3300
I connect via: Netgear WNA1100 dongle.
ISP: Chunky Chips
Expected Speeds:6-8 Mbps
OS: Windows 8
ipconfig /all shows (bare in mind ive had to disconnect brothers pc just to post here):
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.2.9200]
