Cannot access ONE website, but every other one so far seems fine.
Just happened tonight and have been reading through your forum for HELP as well as whatever else I could find on the internet. I use Wi FI, so wireless. The site I have been going to for 5 years or so is: " www.tarotforum.net".
I can still access it via my phone, but not any other PC in my place using the same internet access.
I cannot work out what happened as nothing out of the ordinary occurred. However, tonight when I did a TROUBLE SHOOTING diagnosis with it not being accessible, most times it came up fine, but twice it did recommend that I UNPLUG the MODEM & PC and in one other message it did state there was a CONNECTIVITY ISSUE.
Tried all of these before getting here with no success:
1) Cleaning Cookies & Caches...a few times.
2) Pinging and tracerting with nothing coming up. (Copied below)
3) Rebooting and resetting modem/PC- a few times.
4) Making sure no firewalls or virus programs were onand even uninstalled McFee to be on the safe side.
5) In COM PROMPT did a CACHE clean.
6) Getting out my old lap top only still cannot access the website through the same internet connection. (Phone has separate provider).
7) Checking Internet settings as well as what is BLOCKED. It is not BLOCKED.
8) Tried other browsers like Safari, Firefox, MSN....no go to get the website either.
9) Malware/Spybot scans.
